RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our returns and refund policy below for SVLovers.

We have a 25-days return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to SVLovers via email at email@example.com within 25 days of delivery.
In any other case we'll try to find the best solution so you, the customer, will be satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
